Slow/unresponsive websites

We have recently received numerous reports regarding slow connectivity to our services (website/cPanel/Webmail). This issue seems to be affecting just some part of our clients. We have forwarded this issue to our system department and have contacted the datacenter technicians as well. What we have observed so far, is that the connection is broken of at a node in the middle of the network pathway (in between some internet providers and our datacenter). This issue is quite difficult to deal with since the source of it is out of our reach. We will make sure to communicate with the relevant parties and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We understand the inconvenience this is causing you and we are trying to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We have moved to a new server

Hello All,

Our data center has moved us to a new server. You should not see any interruption of services but if you do, please open a Ticket and we will get it resolved. The only thing that has changed is our IP addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are constantly looking for better ways to serve our clients. One of those ways is getting better hardware to host our clients websites. 99% of the time this is seamless and you never even know it is happening. New hardware means better and faster serving times, loading times for your webpages. This also allows us to keep giving you unlimited bandwidth/disk space for those hosting accounts that have that.

We have changed our billing software to BillingBox

Hello All,

We have switched our billing software to Billing Box. We are trying to get all the bugs worked out so if you get a random email from us, we apologize and just ignore it. We are really excited about this software since it will allow you more control over your accounts. It has a ticketing system as well so the old one will no longer function. All open tickets will still be resolved as we phase that system out completely. The Live Chat will still be available Monday through Friday during business hours EST.
